At Aqua Nest™, we take pride in the quality and safety of our baby swim carriers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All purchases made through our store are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

If your Aqua Nest™ Baby Carrier arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue along with your order number. Once reviewed, our team will determine if a replacement can be issued.

We do not accept returns for customer ordering mistakes, change of mind, or minor variations in color, packaging, or finish.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Aqua Nest™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
